  1. Delivery!
  • Deliveries are made only in Romania.
  • The delivery will be made to the address communicated by you, within 7 working days from the moment of finalizing an order. On days with special promotions or unfavorable weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended, but not more than 15 days.
  • For a number of products, this time may be extended, depending on stock availability.
  • All orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting Monday.
  • The products are transported in optimal conditions and will be delivered together with the invoice and the warranty certificate (for electrical appliances).
  • Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the availability of the warranty certificate (when applicable) and the tax invoice.
  • The products are sealed in the original packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout transport until delivery.
  • The products are delivered within the stock available on the date of confirmation / acceptance of the order.

2. Returns!

  • We offer a full money back guarantee for all purchases made on our site, but in safe conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to become aware of the conditions that apply to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased from us, please let us know. Our return and refund policy gives you a maximum of 14 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days. We encourage our customers to check the products upon receipt of the packages and to check what they have ordered in the first 14 days after their purchase to make sure they match.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (other than original shipping costs charged).

3. No returns will be accepted and no requests will be processed in the following cases:

    • Products that have been unpacked
    • Products that have been tested/used
    • Products that do not have intact labels have seals broken or missing
    • Products purchased from other stores
    • Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
    • Products with damaged packaging in any way
  • These measures are specific to cosmetic products because their shelf life is calculated from the first opening of the package, and with their use/testing there is a risk of transmitting bacteria by transferring the product to another person.
  • The products must be returned in the original packaging, with the invoice attached, to be in exactly the same condition in which they were received by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse return only after the products have been checked and do not meet the return conditions. Round-trip fees in this case are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is resolved with a refund of the value of the products, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by you in the return request, within 10 days of receipt of the products. Return fees are borne by the customer and paid in advance. except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt or you receive another product than the one you ordered, in these cases, the shipping fee is borne by us.
  • We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery or whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport. We do not pick up parcels from the Romanian Post or any other post office.

4. Diminution of the value of the returned goods (According to O.U.G. No. 34/2014 Art. 14, Paragraph 3 **)

  • Because in the case of distance sales the consumer does not have the opportunity to see the goods before the conclusion of the contract, he has the right to withdraw. For the same reason, the consumer is allowed to test and verify the goods he has purchased to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  • In order to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the consumer must handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in an actual physical store. For example, the consumer only has to try on a shoe item, not wear it on various occasions / the consumer has to test that a product works, and not use it for a while. The consumer must handle and inspect the goods with the necessary care.

You are only responsible for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functioning of the goods.

  • The accepted manipulations for determining the nature, quality and operation of the goods are:
    • unpacking without damaging or damaging the original packaging, following the instructions for unpacking (where the manufacturer indicates how to handle it) without damaging the packaging, product, or accessories;
    • visual, tactile, and olfactory inspection (when the following provisions are not violated) of the products;
  • If a consumer exercises his right of withdrawal after using the goods to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and mode of operation of the goods, the consumer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods.
  • Accepted actions that lead to a decrease in the value of the returned product or loss of the right of withdrawal:
    • breaking or damaging the original packaging (original packaging is an integral part of the product);
    • scratching, soiling, staining, impregnation of products with external substances, breaking;
  • As a result, when you return a product, you must return it with the original packaging undamaged, protected by wrapping in stretch plastic packaging or packed in a cardboard box (no labels attached to it, no cuts, tears, etc.) and together with all its accessories.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall be liable only for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the returned good shows damaged or incomplete original packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, or missing accessories, the consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods. Before returning the product, please protect the original packaging with stretch plastic packaging foil or a cardboard box. Do not cut the original packaging or stick labels or scotch tape on it.
  • The value of used products with traces of wear (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, bumps, etc.) is accepted return only after their compliance, involving the costs of sanitation, cosmetics, repair, and commercialization for sale as a product Refurbished. The final value is determined by the value of the reconditioning operation or by the difference between the initial value of the new product and the resale value of the used product.

The value of products with damaged original packaging (wrinkled and/or torn and/or cut and/or perforated and/or wet and/or with traces of labels, tape, pen, marker, etc.) is reduced by the value of compliance.

  • Any change in the condition of the products or damage to their original packaging that makes it impossible to sell the product as new, automatically leads to the application of return procedures subject to fees to return the products to the condition in which they were delivered.


The reduction is applied between 10% -90% of the initial value of the product. The reduction fee will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the modified products.

  • the returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice, if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, except those issued in electronic format.
  • if the returned products were accompanied by any bonuses/gifts, they must also be returned. Otherwise, their value decreases from the value of the return.

  1. Fund return processing
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 14 calendar days.
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially announced.
  • Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is issued.
